For two decades, the Charlotte Street Foundation has been a steadfast champion for individual artists, cultivating a vibrant environment where their exceptional vision can flourish. Benson Method proudly served as their Owner's Representative, seamlessly integrating with the Foundation's team to manage the $7 million adaptive reuse project in Kansas City's Roanoke Neighborhood.

In this crucial role, we provided comprehensive oversight and strategic guidance from the project's inception through to its successful completion. We acted as the Foundation's dedicated advocate and partner, ensuring their artistic and operational interests remained at the forefront of every decision. This extensive undertaking transformed approximately 22,000 square feet across two buildings, resulting in a versatile white box studio/gallery, a dynamic black box theatre, essential artist residency spaces, modern general offices, and a programmable courtyard with necessary parking.
